This film is only starting production this year. I am willing to bet the earliest we will see it in the States is 2011. But I am excited seeing the trailers to this one. I creeped the shit outta me.

State briefs: Teens charged in prank call

Two teenage girls face charges after a woman had a stroke listening to their horror-movie-style prank phone call, police said.

Two 13-year-old girls were in juvenile court Tuesday for describing a scene similar to the horror film series Saw on Beverly Dickson's cell phone.
